What's this all about?!

Each packet contains a full set of acrylic or resin dice in mystery colors and designs.

Some dice packets contain a bonus chip! Based on the color of the chip you can receive additional packets of mystery dice, or even upgraded styles of mystery dice.

This is completely random. If for some reason a set of dice is the same color as a set already drawn then we will redraw for a new color unless you have indicated you would like duplicates.

Are you ordering multiple packages. Let us know what you already have and we will try to vary your surprises. We will never send two sets of the same dice in an order unless you request it.

• All items are randomly selected 
• No returns or exchanges due to the custom nature 
• Please review your selections carefully before purchasing as all sales are final. 

4️⃣ Processing and shipping 

• Processing is two to three business days,  or three to five business days for special requests.
• Shipping typically is 5 to 15 business days with custom delays possible.
• We always try to update you via email and is timely of a man or as possible.
